Please read these Terms of Service carefully before purchasing or using any digital product offered by iXO Care LLC. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

1. About iXO Care LLC

iXO Care LLC is a Florida limited liability company that creates and sells digital productivity templates, tools, and resources designed to support caregivers and families. Our products are sold through third-party platforms including Etsy and the Notion Marketplace, as well as directly through our website at ixocare.com.

2. Digital Products — Delivery and Access

All products sold by iXO Care LLC are digital products. Upon purchase, you will receive a link or instructions to access and duplicate your template within the Notion platform.

iXO Care LLC is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by third-party platforms (Etsy, Notion Marketplace, or Notion itself)

• Technical issues arising from your device, browser, or Notion account settings

• Loss of access to your Notion account or duplicated template

It is your responsibility to duplicate and save the template to your own Notion workspace upon purchase.

3. Product Delivered As-Is

All iXO Care digital products are provided "as-is" and "as available" at the time of purchase.

iXO Care LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose

• Guarantees that the product will meet your specific needs or expectations

• Guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free use

3.1 Notion Platform Changes

Our templates are built for and tested within the Notion platform as it exists at the time of product creation. Notion is a third-party platform operated independently of iXO Care LLC.

iXO Care LLC expressly disclaims any obligation to:

• Update, modify, or rebuild templates following changes to Notion's features, interface, or functionality

• Maintain compatibility with future Notion updates or new platform releases

• Provide replacement templates if Notion discontinues features used in the product

If Notion changes its platform in a way that affects template functionality, iXO Care LLC may — at its sole discretion — release an update, but is under no obligation to do so.

4. No Refund Policy

Due to the immediate-access nature of digital products, all sales are final.

iXO Care LLC does not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind after purchase

• Failure to read product descriptions prior to purchase

• Technical incompatibility with your device or Notion account

• Changes to the Notion platform following your purchase

• Inability to use the template due to unfamiliarity with Notion

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

Note: If you purchased through Etsy, Etsy's platform policies may apply in limited circumstances. However, iXO Care LLC's policy is no refunds on digital products.

5. License and Permitted Use

Your purchase grants you a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal license to use this template for your own personal caregiving purposes.

5.1 You MAY:

• Use the template for your own personal or household caregiving needs

• Customize the template for your own use

• Share access with immediate family members involved in your caregiving situation

5.2 You MAY NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share this template with anyone outside your immediate household

• Duplicate and sell this template as your own product on any platform

• Use the iXO Care name, branding, logo, or design elements as your own

• Use this template for commercial purposes, client work, or as part of a paid service you provide to others

• Upload or distribute this template to any file-sharing platform or community

Violations of this license may result in legal action. iXO Care LLC reserves all rights not expressly granted herein.

6. Intellectual Property

All iXO Care digital products — including but not limited to template structure, design, layout, copy, branding, and organizational systems — are the exclusive intellectual property of iXO Care LLC and are protected under applicable United States copyright law.

Purchasing this product does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights of any kind to the buyer.

7. Support Policy

iXO Care LLC offers limited courtesy support for purchased digital products. Support is provided as a goodwill service and does not constitute an ongoing service agreement or warranty.

7.1 How to Reach Support

We respond to support inquiries within 2–3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

7.2 What Support Includes

• Guidance on duplicating the template to your Notion workspace

• General questions about template navigation and features

• Clarification on how specific databases or pages work

7.3 What Support Does Not Include

• Custom modifications or builds to the template on your behalf

• Troubleshooting issues caused by Notion platform changes or outages

• Training on how to use the Notion platform generally

• Support for third-party integrations not included in the original product

• Ongoing coaching, consulting, or personalized caregiving advice

iXO Care LLC reserves the right to determine the scope of support provided in any individual case.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, iXO Care LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your purchase or use of our digital products, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or information

• Loss of business or income

• Emotional distress

• Any damages resulting from Notion platform changes or outages

In no event shall iXO Care LLC's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your purchase shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

10. Changes to These Terms

iXO Care LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of our products following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
