Customer Support Policy

At iXO Care, we understand that caregiving is demanding — and the last thing you need is a confusing digital tool. We are committed to making your experience with our templates as smooth as possible. This policy explains how our support works, what to expect, and how to get help quickly.

 

1. How to Contact Support

The best and only way to reach our support team is by email:

support@ixocare.com

Before emailing, we encourage you to visit our FAQ page at ixocare.com/faq — most common questions are answered there and you may get a faster resolution without waiting for a reply.

 

2. Response Time

We respond to all support inquiries within 2–3 business days.

Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Emails received on weekends or holidays will be addressed on the next available business day.

Example: An email sent on Friday evening will receive a response by Wednesday of the following week at the latest.

You will receive an automatic reply immediately upon contacting us. That auto-reply will direct you to our FAQ page at ixocare.com/faq, where you may find an immediate answer while you wait.

 

3. What Our Support Covers

Our support team is here to help you get the most out of your iXO Care template. We are happy to assist with:

  • Instructions for duplicating the template to your Notion workspace
  • Questions about how to navigate the template pages and databases
  • Clarification on how specific features or sections of the template work
  • Help understanding the Getting Started guide included in the template
  • General questions about your purchase or delivery

 

4. What Our Support Does Not Cover

To ensure we can serve all customers fairly, our support does not extend to the following:

  • Custom modifications, redesigns, or rebuilds of the template on your behalf
  • Technical issues caused by changes, outages, or updates to the Notion platform
  • General Notion platform training or tutorials (Notion offers free resources at notion.so/help)
  • Support for third-party integrations or tools not included in the original product
  • Caregiving advice, care planning guidance, or medical recommendations
  • Requests for features not included in the purchased product

iXO Care LLC reserves the right to determine the scope of support provided in any individual situation.

 

5. No Obligation for Lifetime Updates

Our templates are delivered as a one-time digital purchase. iXO Care LLC is not obligated to provide updates, revisions, or new versions of the template following your purchase.

The Notion platform is maintained and updated independently by Notion Labs, Inc. iXO Care LLC has no control over Notion’s product decisions. If Notion updates its platform in a way that affects template functionality, iXO Care LLC may release an updated version at its sole discretion — but is under no obligation to do so.

Tip: After duplicating your template, your version is saved in your own Notion workspace. Minor Notion platform updates are unlikely to affect core functionality.

 

6. Refunds

All sales are final. Please review our full no-refund policy in our Terms of Service at ixocare.com/terms before purchasing.

 

7. Feedback and Suggestions

We genuinely love hearing from our customers. If you have a suggestion to improve our templates or an idea for a new product, you are welcome to share it with us at support@ixocare.com.

While we cannot guarantee that all suggestions will be implemented, your feedback directly shapes future iXO Care products.
